Pickled Watermelon Rinds
Don't knock it until you've tried it! This is an old recipe that is worth all the work put in to the pickling. Made right here in Texas!
Add into a salad, along with argula, goat cheese and blackberry vinaigrette.
Create as a chutney accompaniment to roasted meats.
Wrap in bacon and serve as an hors d'oeuvre!
